Ask on WhatsApp, answer in the mesh, reply on WhatsApp.
A message to your deployment's WhatsApp Business number opens or continues an agent thread, and the answer comes back in the same chat. Because the thread is an ordinary node, the conversation is readable, searchable and shareable in the portal afterwards.
What ships

Linking needs your phone
Ask your Executive Assistant to link my WhatsApp with your number. It gives you a code; send LINK <code> from that number. Nothing is linked until that message arrives, and the code works only from the number it was issued for.
What it is not
WhatsApp publishes no API over a person's own chats, so the channel cannot read your private WhatsApp conversations over the network. It is a business number people message — see Setting up WhatsApp for what a deployment needs. On a Mac running the WhatsApp desktop app, the module can separately list your own chats in your inbox, read-only from the app's local file.
