Rule: store.coupon-journey

Claims store.coupon-journey (v1) for the coupon review page. Ships DISABLED: no coupon journey can be published or followed until the owner enables it. Publishing then requires Update on CouponJourney/Publishers (publishScope) — a node in a WRITABLE space, because Store is synced one-way and no write right can be granted on it; the owner grants the scoped publisher group Editor there (MeshWeaver.Plugins#2066, D5).
