🔔 Notification Channels

Each person decides what reaches them, and where.

An in-app notification stays in-app until someone's own rule says otherwise. Rules and channels are ordinary nodes the recipient authors, and the triage watcher applies them — so an escalation to email or Teams is a decision the recipient made, not a broadcast setting.

What ships

• NotificationRule / NotificationChannel nodes, authored per user.
• The AI triage watcher that decides what escalates.
• Email and Teams delivery, where those modules are installed.
