MANUFACTURING
OPERATIONS  A plant as typed, connected data
Model the plant floor.
We bring the connected data model. You bring the process knowledge and the compliance discipline.
Production lines, stations, work orders, operators and machine events as cross-linked node types — so a machine event, a shift note, a cGMP procedure and a day-ahead price curve are one graph you can walk, not four systems you reconcile.

What it does
One connected modelSeven cross-linked types — line, station, work order, event, operator, product, customer. Every reference is a node path, so “which customers are affected if this station stops?” is a walk, not a report you build.
Decisions, derivedPlace a fixed maintenance block inside its compliance window against firm day-ahead prices and forecasts — gated by who is qualified, whose certification is current, and who is on shift. The recommendation is computed, not stored.
Certification currency, trackedEvery operator's machine certifications — certified on, expires on, certifying body — live on the operator record and gate the planner's compliance checks: a lapsed certification visibly blocks the cheapest window.
Compiled in the meshEvery type ships its data model, views and an executable test suite as source, compiled live on install — no rebuild, no deployment. Each type renders its own green/red test table.
The worked example

The plugin ships a complete demo scenario: Brucker Pharma Glass AG, a pharmaceutical glass plant in Rotterdam, on one day — 2026-04-23.

A GLP-1 vial campaign is behind plan for a customer whose relationship is already strained. The inspection station fails three times, each worse than the last, and 1,600 vials go on hold. Meanwhile the annealing lehr is due for preventive maintenance: a fixed three-hour job, inside a 48-hour cGMP window, whose final hour draws ten times the power of its first — so where it lands on the price curve is worth real money, and only one operator is certified to run it.

The scenario is told through machine events, a human shift-handover note, the cGMP procedure, day-ahead energy prices and the maintenance decision itself — each a node, all cross-linked.
