Your mail (setup wizard panel)

Contributes the mail panel to the communications chapter of the setup wizard: the person's mail preferences (pre-triage, replies drafted before reading, the copy window) bound to their own node, and the Inbox copies switch. Embeds the OnboardingMail area of the viewer's own user node (no address: the panel writes the person's settings). Shown to a viewer who can read this package.
