🧭 Vector Indexing

Search that finds what you meant.

Content is chunked, embedded and stored in pgvector, so a free-text query returns the passage that answers it rather than the page that happens to repeat the word. The provider registers only when a mesh database actually resolves — a deployment without one is unaffected.

Where the index lives is the declared Indexing:Backend option: unset means this instance's own PostgreSQL, and the active backend is readable at Admin/ContentIndex.
