Start-page cards

The signed-in start page (/, the person's own home) shows the cards packages contribute as data: a UiContribution node with context: Home, embedded by the home's @@("area/HomeCards") region. The child LearningPath is this package's card: it embeds the LearningPathNudge area of Edu/Courses, which motivates a learner whose learning path is not finished yet (no plan, questions open, no course picked, or courses not yet scheduled), resuming exactly where they stand. It shows nothing while the instance has no course installed and nothing once the path is set. See My learning path.
