Learning agents

• LearningPathCompiler: compiles a learner's path from their roadmap answers (the base questions and the questions the installed courses declare) and the installed catalog. It writes the courses, their order and proposed dates to the learner's own plan node. The roadmap starts it from Compile my path with the assistant; the rule-based route stays the default.
