π€οΈ Apple Weather
The weather where you care, as a mesh node. Point a node at your WeatherKit key β team id, key id, the .p8, and an App ID with the WeatherKit capability β pin your places, and the page becomes a weather dashboard: current conditions and the week ahead, one card per place.
What you get
| Current conditions | temperature, feels-like, humidity, wind and UV β with Apple's condition code as a pictogram |
| Daily forecast | the week ahead per place: condition, min/max, rain chance β day boundaries in your time zone |
| Your places | pin any coordinates with a name; each becomes its own card, in your order |
| Honest failure | a bad key, a missing capability, rate limiting β each renders a diagnosis naming exactly what to check |
What it needs
An Apple Developer Program membership: a key with WeatherKit enabled and a Services ID configured for WeatherKit (grouped with a WeatherKit-enabled App ID) β WeatherKit refuses a key alone. The mesh signs short-lived ES256 service tokens from the key server-side, per fetch β the key itself never travels. Your membership includes 500,000 WeatherKit calls per month.
Get the plugin and a My Weather node lands in your space β open it and the page walks you through the four settings. Full details in the guide.
