🌤️ Apple Weather
The weather where you care, as a mesh node. With the instance's WeatherKit key — team id, key id, Services ID and the .p8, set once by an administrator in Administration › Integrations — you pin your places and the page becomes a weather dashboard: current conditions and the week ahead, one card per place.
What you get
| Current conditions | temperature, feels-like, humidity, wind and UV — with Apple's condition code as a pictogram |
| Daily forecast | the week ahead per place: condition, min/max, rain chance — day boundaries in your time zone |
| Your places | pin any coordinates with a name; each becomes its own card, in your order |
| Honest failure | a bad key, a missing capability, rate limiting — each renders a diagnosis naming exactly what to check |
What it needs
An Apple Developer Program membership (the operator's): a key with WeatherKit enabled and a Services ID configured for WeatherKit (grouped with a WeatherKit-enabled App ID) — WeatherKit refuses a key alone. The mesh signs short-lived ES256 service tokens from the key server-side, per fetch — the key itself never travels.
Nothing to paste: once an administrator has set the key, open the Apple Weather tab in your settings and pin your places. Full details in the guide.
