The brief. Seven situations from your first week at Rosehill. Name the word each one calls for — model, agent, skill, harness or knowledge base — then let the Advisor throw situations at you that nobody prepared, and defend your reasoning.
The five words, as a reminder:
| Word | The picture |
|---|---|
| Model | The brain you hire — junior or senior, per task. |
| Agent | The coworker — brain + job description + tools. |
| Skill | The recipe card — a saved /procedure, sometimes with a pop-up question. |
| Harness | The workbench — chat, tools, safety rails. |
| Knowledge base | The handbook — the only thing the agent knows about YOUR business. |
1 · Name the word 🧩
Two of the seven look like one word and are another. The reason appears as soon as you solve a round — read it, that's where the learning is.
2 · Now the unrehearsed version 🎯
A puzzle has its answers baked in. Real life doesn't. The composer below opens with a request that turns the Advisor into your examiner: it invents a fresh Rosehill situation, you answer in the chat with the word and half a sentence of why, it grades the reasoning. Send it as it is — or add "make them about invoices" if you want a harder field.
You're done when:
- ✅ you answered three rounds in your own words — the word and the why;
- ✅ at least one of your "why"s got challenged — and you either defended it or changed your mind for a reason you can say;
- ✅ you can say, in one sentence, which of the five words you still mix up (the Advisor's closing line will tell you if you can't).
Curious how we'd reason? The solution walks through all seven rounds, and the pattern behind them.
